These terms describe Hushpond, how to use it, and its paid plans. Sign in and choose a plan to continue to Creem checkout. Opening a plan page does not authorize a charge; review the final checkout details before confirming a purchase.

The pond and current availability
Hushpond is an interactive koi pond with feeding, growth, custom markings, scenery and sound. The browser pond stores progress in this browser. The homepage demonstration is temporary and separate. You can manually back up your pond to your account and restore a saved version through the account controls. Signing in does not automatically upload or synchronize ponds across devices, or grant paid features.
Using Hushpond
Use the service lawfully, protect your sign-in credentials, and upload only artwork or other content you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or disrupt the service. Keep an exported pond copy before clearing browser data, changing browsers or moving devices.
Monthly and Lifetime VIP
Monthly VIP is USD 6.00 per month. It renews monthly until canceled. Lifetime VIP is USD 49.90 once, with no recurring renewal and no fixed membership expiry. There is no annual plan. Free access allows up to 6 koi, including 3 customized fish, and 2 scenes; both VIP plans allow 32 koi. Monthly VIP includes 10 scenes and Lifetime VIP all 13. Membership is updated after the payment has been verified.
Checkout and payment processing
Creem checkout shows the final price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval and renewal terms before you confirm. For purchases made through Creem, Creem acts as merchant of record and processes the payment. Hushpond provides the product and product support. Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to those purchases. Hushpond does not collect full payment-card details on its own website. No charge is made merely by opening a plan page or submitting a support request.
Canceling a monthly subscription
Request cancellation before the next renewal through the account billing controls, the Creem customer portal linked in your receipt, or product support. Hushpond’s monthly cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: monthly benefits continue until that period ends and future renewals stop. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Lifetime VIP has no recurring payment to cancel. Check the cancellation confirmation and its effective date.
Requesting a refund or billing correction
Contact product support with the purchase email, order or receipt ID, purchase date and reason for the request. Billing errors, duplicate charges or unavailable purchased features can be reviewed. Eligibility depends on the verified circumstances, the terms shown before purchase and applicable consumer rights. Sending a request is not a refund approval or a refund guarantee. Approved Creem refunds are processed by Creem; processing time depends on the payment provider. If an issue remains unresolved, the receipt and Creem customer portal provide Creem’s support options. Nothing here removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Membership changes and your saved content
A downgrade, cancellation or refund can change available paid features. It does not delete existing koi, painted markings, notes or saved layouts merely because paid access ends. New additions and edits follow the currently available tier, and a saved scene may be displayed with an available fallback while its original choice is retained. Clearing browser storage can still delete the browser save; keep an exported copy. Signing out does not erase it.
